Tucked away in a strip mall you need to go searching for this place. Inside its like a speciality grocery store meets fresh meat case meets wine bar meets restaurant. Sounds a bit crazy doesn’t it? Walking in the entrance is lined with sauces, rubs, snacks, sodas, and dog treats. Inside further theres a large case to purchase fresh cuts of meat. Across the space are refrigerated units with prepared “to go” items from the menu to cook at home. Next to that is the wine bar with wines on tap and counter seating. And in the center of it all are tables for you to dine at. The food menu offers shareables like wings, stuffed mushrooms, and tuna tartare. There are also salads, flatbreads and sandwiches. Larger plates include beef bourguignon, ribeyes, and lobster Mac& cheese. Weekly specials and a lunch menu are also available. I got the steakhouse sandwhich which had 6oz of steak, arugula, tomatoes, candied onions, horseradish cream , and fresh mozzarella (extra but worth it) on a baguette. It was good but lacked the flavor I was hoping it would have. There wasnt enough meat for the amount of bread in my opinion. It was more onions than anything else. Glad I opted for the fresh

Happy we found this place. The staff is really friendly and the food was delicious. I really enjoyed the hot honey bacon Brussel sprouts & sausage stuffed mushrooms. Wine & beers were decently priced. We initially went in to buy from the butcher (steaks were out of our price range). Would come back for their family specials and prepackaged meals.

What a great neighborhood find. We have stopped by for lunch a few times. Everything we have ordered so far has been delicious. Cannot go wrong with the steak flights or any of the sandwiches and burgers. Also great wine selection. And chef and servers are delightful. If you are in the area go check it out. You will not be disappointed.

Chill, casual place with good food! Came mid afternoon for a late lunch so it was fairly empty—service was excellent and food came out fairly quick. Enjoyed the Crab Stuffed Shrimp, The Steak Burger, and Chef Steak Wagyu Strip along with the Gouda & Bacon Mac & Cheese and Caesar Salad. They also have desserts and variety of beers and wine too!

Excellent experience! The ingredients are fresh and high quality, and the meat is especially well-prepared. The steak sandwich and sides were all flavorful and satisfying. The atmosphere is stylish and comfortable, with a unique concept that combines a butcher shop and a wine bar. Service was friendly and professional, making the whole dining experience even better. Highly recommended if you enjoy quality meats and a relaxed yet refined dining vibe.
